Custom cut & sew T-shirts give you full control over both quality and design.
Artwork is printed directly onto the fabric before assembly, then each panel is cut and stitched together for crisp detail and a clean finish.
Because printing happens first, graphics can wrap across seams and flow from front to back and onto the sleeves.
You can cover the entire shirt, including hem, collar, and sleeves, and place every design element exactly where you want it.
Colors stay vivid and saturated, making this an excellent choice for patterns, graphics, and photo-based artwork.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash. Turn inside out before washing. 40°C (104°F).
Low heat iron. Iron on the reverse of the printed side. Tumble dry on low.

To help you map out your artwork and choose the exact placement for your design,
we provide a downloadable cut & sew template.
The template shows the front, back, sleeves, collar, and hem panels so you can visualize how your graphics will flow across the garment.
Simply download the file, place your design where you want it,
and send it back to us with your order.
Our team will use your template as a guide to ensure accurate placement during printing and assembly.
A mockup will be sent to you for final approval.

UV / Blacklight printing can not be 100% color matched, UV inks alter certain colors when printed.
Magenta and yellow are the most reactive of our UV inks!
Any combination of these colors in your design will result in maximum glow! However, any color with a large amount of cyan or black will reduce how brightly the color glows. Also note that white will not glow and will appear blue under blacklight.
How to use the chart
When designing, use the digital file to pick your colors. From there you will be able to see how that color would look when printed under normal daylight and how much it will pop under blacklight. As you can see, the digital colors don’t look exactly like the daylight colors, therefore this is what you will have to account for.
