Our grommets are made of brass and oxidized black for a unique look to match our brand.

We do offer white fabric as an option without print. The production process being the same as our printed canopies, it would be the same cost as with print.
We use dye sublimation to print fabric. This involves printing a full-color image onto a transfer paper, which is then positioned on white fabric and run through pressure rollers at high heat. This method ensures the image is permanently integrated with the fabric fibers, offering vibrant colors and superior durability against washing and wearing. Our printing services include either the use of regular inks for accurate color matching or UV inks that enable your prints to glow in the dark under a blacklight.
Yes! Dye sublimation offers extensive flexibility in color and design capabilities. It supports full-color printing, including complex gradients and photorealistic images, without any additional cost per color.
Our printing capabilities cater to any size, with the only constraint being our printer's width. For satin fabric, we can print up to 56" in width without a seam. For all other fabrics, we can achieve a seamless print up to 60" in width. Any prints beyond these dimensions would necessitate a seam.
Fabrics such as satin is very shiny but the downside is that it is prone to creases. Thankfully, all our fabrics, including satin, are designed to be both washable and safe for the dryer. Simply wash and dry them as you would normal clothing to remove any creases.
We prioritize durability and convenience. Our fabrics are designed for longevity and ease of care. They can withstand regular wash and dry cycles while maintaining their vibrant colors. To keep them in prime condition, normal laundry care is all that's needed. If additional care is needed, we advise a gentle, low-heat ironing on the reverse side.

Dye Sublimation Regular Printing
Dye sublimation printing is used for nearly all our slipmats, delivering unparalleled quality. By dyeing the slipmat's fibers, we create a fade-resistant print that lasts through the product's lifetime.
Dye Sublimation UV/Blacklight Active Printing
Our UV/Blacklight Active dye sublimation inks take the standard dye sublimation printing to a new level, making your slipmat glow in the dark with the same high quality.
Silk Screen Printing
Despite its lesser quality and potential to wear down the artwork and vinyl grooves over time due to ink residue on the top of the surface, silkscreen printing is sometimes the only feasible method for custom slipmat projects.
Black slipmats require silk screen printing, and this also applies to special pigment inks like glitter. If you're planning a custom slipmat project, we're prepared to help you decide on the most effective printing method.
You can have multiple designs within your order for no extra fees.
Yes we can print on both sides of the slipmats, with the exception of the 9oz slipmats due to their thinness. Important disclaimer : we suggest dark or intricate designs for 2-sided slipmats to lessen the impact of potential speckles. These speckles can occur during mass production from heat pressing, ink transfer, or dust in the felt fibers and are more prominent on light colors. Adjusting your design can help reduce speck visibility, but their complete absence can't be assured.
For your convenience, all our templates are accessible here and ready for download whenever necessary.
You have the possibility to order a pack of blank slipmats of different style and size here. A sample pack is for registered companies only. Before a sample pack order is released to ship, we must be able to verify your company information.
We use Direct to film (DTF) to print our t-shirts. We utilizes a heat-press process to imprint durable designs onto fabric, exhibiting no cracking when stretched. Our rigorous washer and dryer tests on various garments confirm the ink's resilience, maintaining quality for up to 60 washes without degradation.
Yes! You can buy DTF transfers only and press yourself. A gang sheet allows you to combine and print multiples of the same artwork or different art files simultaneously. Images can be full-color graphics, including full-color photos, gradients, ombres, and effects.
In the dye sublimation process, a full-color image is printed on transfer paper, placed on white fabric, and processed under high heat through pressure rollers. This technique permanently integrates the image with the fabric fibers, providing vibrant colors and enhanced durability.
Our blank fabrics are white and printed on one side only - our felt slipmats being an exception, allowing for prints on both sides. Note that we are specializing in fabric printing. We do not currently offer vinyl or paper printing.
We use water-based UV inks and regular inks.

We use UV inks to make your printed products react to blacklight. Understanding how UV inks work is the essential to achieve optimal results. These inks are lighter than the regular ones, so we recommend enhancing the saturation in your design to increase vibrancy and color intensity. It's important to bear in mind that light and pastel shades may not glow as brightly under blacklight. For a comprehensive understanding of color reactions under blacklight, we suggest reviewing our color charts before designing.
Yes - we have a color chart available to download for each printing method.
Click here to download our color chart for dye sublimation printing
Click here to download our color chart for DTF printing
The top chart shows a digital file, the middle one its daylight appearance using UV inks, and the bottom one its blacklight exposure. The central colors are most UV-reactive and thus recommended for optimal glow.
100% Yellow, 100% magenta as well as lime green hues are the colors that react most significantly to UV/Blacklight, thus offering the brightest glow.
Under blacklight, blue and purple tones tend not to glow significantly. White - which is the absence of inks, reflects the blacklight, resulting in a blue-ish appearance. Light pastels and grey also lack strong glow and turn also blue under blacklight. Interestingly, the more blue a color contains, the less it glows.
Color shifting is common when printing with UV inks, making a perfect color match impossible. Some colors will shift more than others. Notably, red tends to appear orange in daylight but distinctly red under blacklight. Download our color chart for better understanding of color shifts.
Our seasoned team of designers can assess your file's colors and confirm their UV suitability if requested. They're ready to help you tweak and correct colors when needed.
Please note, our UV printers strictly use UV inks. This means we cannot create prints where only specific portions are blacklight active, nor can we mix regular and UV inks.
For optimal results, we recommend providing an RGB file. Our printers excel at converting these into CMYK, rand maintaining the original color intensity.
The following formats are accepted: .ai, .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .png, .psd, .tiff
For fabric items like tapestries, backdrops, and canopies, a bleed isn't required for successful production. While slipmats can be produced without a bleed, its inclusion is recommended. Please use our template to meet our production standards. Templates can be found here.
To ensure a sharp print, all artworks should be to the size chosen in your order and at 150DPI.
Use our uploader on the product page design for a streamlined process - it supports up to 500mb. If the file is larger, insert a download link in the design notes. If upload issues arise, kindly respond to your order confirmation and email us your artwork as an attachment or with a download link.
We recommend to provide a download link via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive etc.. in case you need to send us large files.
